What we deliver

One team for the whole security package

From cameras and NVRs through intruder panels to ARC monitoring and GDPR documentation — no juggling multiple installers.

HD / 4K IP CCTV

IP cameras from 2MP through 4K — bullet, dome, turret, PTZ and thermal — with WDR, low-light and IR for reliable 24/7 coverage.

NVR recording & storage

Enterprise NVRs sized to your retention policy — RAID storage, redundant power and remote playback on desktop and mobile.

Intruder alarm systems

Grade 2 and Grade 3 intruder systems to BS EN 50131 — wired and hybrid panels, PIRs, shock sensors, door contacts and keypads.

ARC monitoring & keyholding

Dual-path signalling to an NSI-approved Alarm Receiving Centre with police response, plus optional keyholding and guard response.

Remote access & analytics

Secure remote viewing, mobile push alerts and AI analytics — line crossing, intrusion zones, ANPR and people counting where required.

GDPR-ready documentation

Signage packs, DPIA templates and privacy-mask configuration — so your CCTV estate stands up to ICO scrutiny from day one.

Our process

Four stages, one point of contact

Surveyed against your real risk profile — with a signed-off design, clean commissioning and a written aftercare plan.

  1. 01

    Site survey & risk review

Walk-round survey mapping perimeter, entry points, blind spots and existing infrastructure — with a written risk profile and coverage plan.

  2. 02

    System design & specification

Camera counts, lens choices, NVR sizing, storage retention and alarm zoning designed to BS EN 62676 (CCTV) and BS EN 50131 (intruder) before install.

  3. 03

    Install & commission

Cabling, containment, mounting, PoE switching and NVR/panel build — commissioned end-to-end with cameras focused, zones tested and users onboarded.

  4. 04

    Handover, monitoring & aftercare

As-built drawings, admin credentials, remote monitoring setup and a maintenance schedule — with optional 24/7 keyholding and ARC signalling.

FAQs

CCTV & alarms, answered

Can you upgrade our existing CCTV or alarm system?

Yes — we regularly upgrade legacy analogue CCTV to IP, swap failing NVRs and re-panel intruder systems while re-using existing cabling and containment wherever it's fit for purpose. We'll audit what you have and only replace what needs replacing.

Do you install to BS EN 62676 and BS EN 50131?

Yes — CCTV is designed and installed to BS EN 62676 and intruder alarms to BS EN 50131 (Grade 2 or Grade 3 depending on risk profile). Every install is documented so it stands up to insurer and police-response requirements.

Can the system alert us or the police out of hours?

Yes — we offer dual-path signalling to an NSI-approved Alarm Receiving Centre for police response, plus mobile push notifications, email alerts and optional keyholding / guard response.

What about GDPR and CCTV signage?

Every install ships with the required CCTV signage, a template Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA), retention-policy configuration and privacy masking where cameras overlook public space — so the system is ICO-ready out of the box.

Can you integrate CCTV with access control and alarms?

Yes — we integrate CCTV, intruder and access control on a single platform, so a door-forced or alarm event automatically calls up the relevant camera and pushes a clip to the operator.

Do you provide maintenance and 24/7 call-out?

Yes — planned maintenance visits, remote health checks and 24/7 reactive call-out with agreed response times are all offered as a bundled service contract.

Do you cover the whole UK?

Yes — CCTV and intruder alarm installs are delivered UK-wide with our own engineers and vetted regional partners, on single sites and multi-site estates.
