Containment & cable management
Steel tray, basket, ladder, trunking, conduit and busbar — designed and installed to keep site cabling accessible, compliant and future-proof.
LED lighting & controls
Low-energy LED schemes with DALI, presence detection, daylight dimming and emergency lighting — designed to lux levels and CIBSE guidance.
Inspection, testing & certification
Initial verification, EICR, EIC and minor works certificates, O&M packs and as-built drawings — everything landlords, insurers and building control require.
Remedials & upgrades
Consumer unit and DB upgrades, RCD/RCBO retrofits, cable replacements and remedial works from EICR C1/C2 findings — planned around occupied buildings.

Site survey & scope
We walk the site, review existing supplies, load and any landlord or DNO constraints, and agree the deliverables and programme.

Design & itemised quote
Cable schedules, DB and single-line diagrams, lighting layouts and a line-by-line quote — priced against BS 7671 with allowances clearly listed.
- 03
First & second fix
Containment, cabling and back-boxes coordinated with other trades. Second-fix accessories, distribution and lighting installed to programme.
- 04
Test, commission & handover
Full test schedule, emergency lighting sign-off, snag walk and complete O&M pack with certificates, warranties and as-built drawings.
Compliance & certification
Certified, insured, and paperwork lodged.
Every install is verified against the current wiring regulations and handed over with the certification your landlord, insurer and building control expect.
