What we deliver

One PPM contract for the whole electrical estate

From fixed-wire testing and emergency lighting through PAT and remedials to 24/7 reactive cover — no juggling multiple contractors.

Fixed-wire testing (EICR)

5-yearly (or interval-based) Electrical Installation Condition Reports to BS 7671 — with prioritised remedial schedules and re-test on completion.

Emergency lighting

Monthly function tests and annual 3-hour duration tests to BS 5266, luminaire replacements, battery packs and logbook maintenance.

PAT / in-service testing

Portable appliance testing on a rolling programme — with asset tagging, digital register and fail/repair workflow for office, kitchen and workshop equipment.

Remedials & minor works

Additional sockets, lighting upgrades, board changes, RCBO retrofits and code C1/C2 remedials — carried out by the same team that tests the installation.

24/7 reactive call-out

Round-the-clock response for power loss, tripping boards, lighting failures and emergency isolations — with agreed response and fix times.

Compliance reporting

Single online portal for certificates, EICRs, emergency lighting logs and PAT registers — export-ready for insurance, landlord and audit requests.

FAQs

Facilities management, answered

How often do we need an EICR?

Commercial and industrial installations are typically tested every 5 years, or on change of tenancy / occupancy. High-risk environments (industrial, wet areas, public buildings) may need shorter intervals — we'll recommend the right frequency after the initial survey.

What's covered by a PPM contract?

A typical PPM contract bundles fixed-wire testing (spread annually across your estate), monthly and annual emergency lighting tests, PAT on a rolling schedule, distribution-board inspections and a fixed number of reactive call-outs per year — all priced against a single annual fee.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency call-out?

Yes — contracted clients get 24/7 access to our on-call rota with agreed response times (typically 2 hours for critical faults). We carry stock for common board, RCD and lighting failures so most first-time fixes happen on the same visit.

Can you take over from our existing contractor?

Absolutely. We audit the existing asset register, certificates and outstanding remedials, then transition your site onto our PPM schedule with no gap in compliance cover — usually inside 2–3 weeks.

Do you handle emergency lighting testing?

Yes — monthly function tests and annual 3-hour duration tests to BS 5266, with digital logbooks, luminaire and battery replacements, and any remedials completed under the same contract.

Where do the reports live?

Every EICR, emergency lighting log, PAT register and remedial certificate is uploaded to a single online portal, so your facilities, HR and insurance teams can pull audit-ready evidence in seconds.

Do you cover the whole UK?

Yes — we deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance UK-wide across single sites and multi-site estates, with directly-employed engineers and vetted regional partners.
