What we deliver

One team for the whole industrial electrical scope

From incomer through to the last small-power drop — designed, installed, tested and maintained by the same team.

LV distribution & switchgear

Main incomers, LV switchgear, sub-mains, distribution boards and metering — designed and installed for real 24/7 industrial loads.

Busbar & containment

Overhead busbar trunking, cable tray, ladder and basket containment for flexible drop-outs to production lines, racking and MHE.

High-bay LED lighting

High-bay and low-bay LED with DALI / motion controls and emergency — lux-modelled to HSE and warehouse operating standards.

Process & machine power

Dedicated three-phase supplies, isolators and local control for conveyors, robotics, CNC, ovens and packaging lines.

Fixed-wire testing & PAT

BS 7671 EICR fixed-wire testing, PAT, thermal imaging and remedial works — scheduled around your shift patterns.

MHE, dock & fleet power

Forklift charging bays, dock-leveller supplies, HVO / genset changeovers and EV charging for fleet vehicles.

Our process

Four stages, one point of contact

Priced against your real load, layout and shift pattern — with phasing agreed before we touch a cable.

  1. 01

    Site survey & load study

Walk-round, existing supply and switchgear review, half-hourly consumption analysis and outline scope with clear budget and programme options.

  2. 02

    Design & compliance

Full LV distribution, containment, lighting and small-power design to BS 7671 — with DNO liaison, CDM 2015 documentation and O&M packs.

  3. 03

    Install & commission

Phased installation around live operations — switchgear, busbar, containment, high-bay LED, small power and process supplies, commissioned with witness testing.

  4. 04

    Test, certify & maintain

BS 7671 EIC/EICR, PAT and thermal-imaging surveys, planned maintenance visits and 24/7 reactive callout to protect uptime.

FAQs

Industrial & warehouse electrical, answered

Can you work around live production?

Yes — most of our industrial work is phased around live operations, using night shifts, weekend shutdowns and temporary supplies where needed. We plan isolations and permits with your site team before mobilising.

Do you handle switchgear upgrades and DNO liaison?

Yes. We design and install LV switchgear and sub-mains from 100 A up to multi-thousand-amp incomers, and coordinate any DNO or IDNO capacity increase and metering changes.

Can you retrofit high-bay LED without shutting the warehouse?

Yes — high-bay retrofits are typically delivered zone-by-zone at night or between shifts using MEWPs, with temporary lighting where required. We lux-model the design first so the result is compliant, not just cheaper.

Do you offer planned and reactive maintenance?

Yes. We run PPM contracts covering fixed-wire testing, PAT, thermal imaging and switchgear inspections, backed by a 24/7 callout for reactive faults — with agreed SLAs.

Can you integrate solar PV, BESS or EV charging?

Yes. We deliver solar PV, battery storage and EV charging in-house and design the LV infrastructure so those systems land cleanly on your incomer without capacity issues.

Do you cover the whole UK?

Yes — we deliver industrial and warehouse electrical projects UK-wide with our own installation crews, plus specialist HV, controls and civils partners.
