Yes — most of our office work is in live buildings. We agree noisy / dusty works, isolations and lift bookings with building management, and run night-shift or weekend crews where the programme or landlord rules require it.
Yes. We're used to sitting in a D&B or CM setup alongside architects, M&E consultants, joinery and AV — attending design meetings, marking up drawings and providing BWIC information back to the main contractor.
We produce landlord fit-out packs — RAMS, method statements, insurance, isolation forms and CDM 2015 documentation — in the format required by managing agents, and attend pre-start meetings to sign them off.
