Do you project-manage installs you're not delivering?
Yes — we offer independent client-side project management on schemes delivered by other contractors. We control scope, cost, programme and quality on your behalf, and give you a single point of contact for the whole build.
What size projects do you cover?
From £50k single-site upgrades through to multi-million-pound rooftop solar, BESS and industrial fit-out programmes — we scale the project team to the value, risk and duration of the works.
Can you act as Principal Contractor under CDM 2015?
Yes — we regularly take on Principal Contractor duties under CDM 2015, including F10 notification, construction phase plan, RAMS review and on-site H&S coordination across all trades.
How do you report progress to clients?
Every project gets a weekly progress report with photos, RAG programme status, cost-to-date, risks and next-week look-ahead — plus a monthly board pack for senior stakeholders and finance teams.
Do you handle DNO / G99 and grid applications?
Yes — for solar PV, BESS and EV rapid-charger schemes we lead DNO liaison, G99 applications, connection agreements and commissioning witnessing as part of the project management scope.
What's included at handover?
Full electrical test certification (EIC/MEIWCs), as-built drawings, O&M manuals, asset registers, warranty documents and a formal handover with snag closure — everything your FM team and insurer will ask for.
